Kevin "Kyze" Ravenell, the producer best known for his work with rapper N.O.R.E., passed away yesterday (October 17) following a two-year battle with cancer. He died in New York and for the last couple of years had been battling prostate cancer.
He produced several tracks for N.O.R.E. aka Norega. Their collaborations stretched as far back as 1999, when Kyze produced tracks for N.O.R.E.'s album Melvin Flynt - Da Hustler.
He most recently produced N.O.R.E.’s “I Understand” and “Bottles Go Bang.”
